Dimensions and finish
10 × 5 × 1.5 cm (length × width × thickness). Dehua white porcelain with an antique-style glaze. Hand finishing and firing shrinkage may cause slight variation.
Personalization limit
Up to 4 Chinese characters or 12 English characters. Spaces and punctuation count. For mixed-language wording, logos or longer wording, please inquire before ordering; final layout is approved in the online designer.
Delivery
For a small-plaque order up to US$200, air-parcel delivery is US$25 or sea plus ground delivery is US$30 within the contiguous United States. Qualifying U.S. pre-orders over US$200 receive complimentary air delivery; the available rate is shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax is additional. Other destinations are by inquiry.
After dispatch, sea freight plus ground delivery typically takes about 25–40 days; air delivery typically takes about 1–2 weeks. These estimates exclude production, customs and carrier delays.
Proof approval and production
Enter your wording, choose a lettering glaze and approve the image in the online designer before adding to cart. The approved image is saved with your order for production. Standard electric-kiln production typically takes 20–25 days after approval; the schedule is confirmed before making. Production time is additional to shipping.
Full payment (100%) is collected at checkout; this is not a deposit. If we cannot dispatch within the agreed time, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Other designs and kiln editions
For authorised logos, complex artwork or hand carving, send a design inquiry before ordering. Feasibility and any separate quotation must be confirmed first. Taiping Gong Kiln wood-fired editions are by inquiry; these electric-kiln prices do not apply.
