United States

Incense is fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and does not offer an optional China-to-U.S. air-freight service. U.S. standard parcel delivery uses USPS Ground Advantage, with the rate calculated at checkout. Small personalized plaques have separate China-to-U.S. delivery options below. Qualifying pre-ordered porcelain and lacquer baskets over US$200 receive complimentary air delivery.

U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$200 or more receive complimentary standard delivery. Qualifying made-to-order porcelain and lacquer-basket orders over US$200 receive complimentary air delivery. Merchandise subtotal means the order total after discounts, excluding shipping and tax. Incense and other goods may ship separately.

Personalized porcelain plaques

Small: US$128. For a small-plaque order up to US$200 within the contiguous United States, choose air parcel at US$25 or sea plus ground at US$30. Sea freight has a minimum chargeable weight and can cost more than an air parcel for one plaque. Qualifying pre-orders over US$200 receive complimentary air delivery. Large: US$228, including complimentary air delivery within the contiguous United States. Applicable sales tax is additional. Other destinations are by inquiry.

Each size has its own product page, dimensions and text limit. Production starts after your written approval of the emailed layout; the schedule is confirmed before making.

Incense availability and dispatch

Full payment is collected at checkout. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Estimated dispatch is within 7–14 days after ordering; this is dispatch, not arrival. Delivery time is additional. Tracking is shared once available.

Made-to-order porcelain and lacquer baskets

Electric-kiln production takes approximately 20–30 days for Jin Mao Hou and 20–25 days for other standard porcelain pieces; handmade lacquer baskets may take approximately 3 months. Plaque production starts after proof approval. These estimates exclude shipping. Taiping Gong Kiln wood-fired editions are by inquiry, with firing and delivery schedules confirmed separately.

After dispatch, air delivery typically takes about 1–2 weeks. Paid sea plus ground delivery for small plaques typically takes about 25–40 days. Customs, weather and carrier delays may affect transit.

Split shipments

Incense, porcelain and lacquer baskets may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. Qualifying pre-ordered porcelain and lacquer baskets travel by air; incense follows its stated dispatch period. Applicable rates are shown at checkout. If checkout does not show the applicable free option, contact us before paying so we can arrange the correct delivery.

Canada

Canadian orders are currently by inquiry only; online checkout is available for U.S. delivery addresses. Please use our contact form to discuss a Canadian order before paying. Where separately agreed, porcelain, lacquer baskets and personalized plaques will first travel to our U.S. warehouse and then be forwarded to Canada. The complete route, delivery charges, duties and taxes, and timing must be confirmed in writing before the order is accepted. U.S. free-delivery offers do not automatically apply to Canada.

Other destinations

For countries outside the United States and Canada, or an address without an available checkout delivery option, please contact us before ordering. International methods, charges, duties and taxes must be confirmed before an order is accepted. A shipping zone alone does not mean checkout is available there.

Please report arrival damage within 48 hours where possible, with photos of the item and all packaging, to hello@byxiansu.com. See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
