Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Products, pricing & availability
All prices are in USD. We strive for accuracy but may correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and may limit quantities or refuse orders. Each porcelain and lacquer-basket piece is handmade. Dimensions may differ slightly from the measurements listed on our website, and shape, glaze, texture and color may vary subtly. These natural characteristics of handcraft are not defects; actual defects remain covered.
Limited editions
Certain censers and gift sets are limited editions, individually numbered. Numbering is assigned at the time of packing and is not guaranteed to be sequential to your order. Limited-edition pieces are final sale except where damaged or defective. Remedies for incorrect or misdescribed goods and mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including an applicable EU right of withdrawal, remain unaffected. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy; our acceptance occurs when we ship. We may cancel an order and refund you if an item is unavailable or an error occurred.
Incense use, safety & no medical claims
Our incense is intended for ambient aromatic use only. Never leave burning incense unattended; keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials; use in a ventilated space. XIANSU products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and we make no medical or therapeutic claims. You use our products at your own risk.

Burning incense produces smoke and combustion by-products — including carbon monoxide, soot (carbon black), and other substances — known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. All content on this site — including the names 見素 / XIANSU, logos, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Dandelion Lin Pictures LLC and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XIANSU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in California.
