Complimentary registration
XIANSU Care registration is complimentary. Register an eligible XIANSU porcelain or lacquer basket within 30 days of purchase using its certificate/serial number, order number and purchase email. Submit the online registration form; our team will verify your purchase and confirm eligibility by email.
Accidental damage privilege
For a registered eligible piece accidentally broken within 90 days after delivery, the original purchaser may request a one-time replacement purchase of the same model at 60% of its then-current regular retail price, plus applicable shipping and taxes. Eligibility requires purchase verification and photographs of the damage. The benefit is subject to production availability and excludes loss, theft, deliberate damage and repeated claims.
Limited editions
Limited edition replacement privileges are available only if an authentic piece remains available within the original fixed edition size. No additional editions will be manufactured to fulfill a replacement request. If a model is sold out or unavailable, contact us to discuss any possible alternative; an alternative is not guaranteed.
How to register or request support
Email hello@byxiansu.com with the subject “XIANSU Care Registration” and your order number, work name, serial number (if assigned) and purchase email. Do not publicly share proof of purchase or personal information.
