Porcelain & lacquer baskets

For eligible porcelain and lacquer baskets other than limited-edition or personalized pieces, request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery by writing to hello@byxiansu.com. Eligible non-defective products must be unused, undamaged and returned with all accessories, certificates and protective original packaging intact. Please use the recipient name provided in your return authorization. Please obtain return authorization before shipping.

Days 1–7: XIANSU pays for one approved standard return shipment for a change-of-mind return.

Days 8–14: The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return.

Limited editions

Limited-edition pieces are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including an applicable EU right of withdrawal.

Personalized pieces

Personalized nameplates are not returnable or refundable for change of mind. If personalized porcelain is damaged in transit, we can remake and resend it; please contact hello@byxiansu.com. Rights and remedies for defective or incorrect goods and under applicable law remain unaffected.

Incense & scarves

Incense and silk scarves are not returnable for change of mind. This does not restrict any rights or remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed goods under applicable law.

Handcrafted differences

Each porcelain and lacquer-basket piece is handmade. Slight differences in dimensions from the measurements on our website, as well as subtle variations in shape, glaze, texture and color, are normal characteristics of handcraft and are not considered defects. Actual defects remain covered by applicable consumer protection rights.

Transit damage

Where possible, report arrival damage within 48 hours to hello@byxiansu.com. Include photographs of the item, outer box, label and cushioning materials. Retain packaging until resolution. If confirmed, we will replace or refund at no additional cost. The 48-hour request helps carriers investigate and does not affect your statutory rights.

European Union

Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Limited-edition status alone does not exclude this right. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt where the law permits. Notify hello@byxiansu.com and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; any deduction for diminished value is subject to applicable law. We will reimburse payments, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery where required, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice; we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever is earlier. The return-shipping allocation above applies. Mandatory legal rights take priority over conflicting policy conditions.

Refund processing

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we generally process refunds to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receipt. Payment providers may require additional posting time.
