Six pocket incense cakes bring pear and sandalwood together, three of each. Individually boxed with fire-resistant pads, to share or to discover at your own pace.

The name

Shuang Xi, two streams, recalls a place in Li Qingzhao’s Wulingchun and brings the two fragrances together within Chun Shui.

The story behind the fragrance

Shuang Xi, “two streams,” borrows a place name from Li Qingzhao’s Wulingchun and joins it to the flowing image of Chun Shui. Pear Accord and Mysore Sandalwood meet in one box, like two streams bringing different characters together.

Three pear cakes continue Jin Shu’s story; three sandalwood cakes carry Jing Du’s warm wood notes. Explore the two in your own time, or share one fragrance with someone else.

How to use

Place the supplied fire-resistant pad in a suitable incense-safe container or censer. Light the cake, gently extinguish the open flame, then position it securely on the pad to smoulder. Packaging and acrylic storage cases are not automatically heatproof burners; only use a container expressly designed and confirmed suitable for burning incense.

Handle with care

Incense cakes and sticks are delicate; handle them gently. Broken portions can still be used. For damage, defects or other concerns, please contact us and refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
