The Pear in the Curtain鵝梨帳中香

A fragrance can carry a story. Traditionally associated with Li Yu, the poet-emperor of the Southern Tang, pear-and-agarwood incense has become an image of quiet refinement: fruit, wood, and time meeting in a single scent.

XIANSU’s Jin Shu takes its inspiration from this tradition. Its character is gentle and warm, suited to reading, writing, or a moment set apart at the end of the day.

We are drawn to the space a fragrance opens around us: a page, a room, a few unhurried minutes. The ritual belongs to the person who makes time for it.
